Hvilke typer konsulentprofiler kan jeg få hjælp af?
Vores konsulenter har erfaring med program- og projektledelse af IT-implementeringer, forandringledelse, porteføljestyring, IT-arkitektur, IT-sikkerhed, Udbud, IT-anskaffelser, IT-udvikling mv.
De kan have erfaring med et eller flere domæner eller være specialister. Nogle af vores specialister har lang erfaring inden for en branche fx Pharma eller Forsikring, andre har lang erfaring inden for et fagområde eller teknologiområde fx. SAFe, ISO27001, Microsoft eller SAP.
Hvilken timepris skal jeg betale?
Det afhænger helt af behovet, opgaven, erfaring, konsulentprofil og domæneområde, men vi rådgiver dig selvfølgelig og sammensætter det rigtige konsulentteam og konsulent(er) til opgaven.
